TextBridge Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using TextBridge (the "App") or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TextBridge is a messaging utility that forwards or synchronises SMS messages from your Android device to destinations you configure—such as a webhook, email, or chat platform. The Service may evolve and new features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control for your personal or internal business purposes.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure you have the legal right to process and forward any SMS content you transmit through the Service.
• Keep all account credentials, API keys, and devices secure and notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier policies—including anti-spam rules—when sending or forwarding messages.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service you must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications, including spam or phishing.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its servers.
• Use the Service to violate the privacy or rights of third parties.

6. Fees & Payment

The core TextBridge app is currently offered free of charge. Certain premium features or higher usage tiers may require payment. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorise us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are stated exclusive of any taxes unless otherwise noted.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, logos, and content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to TextBridge and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence granted in Section 3, these Terms do not convey any right or interest in or to our intellectual property.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g. webhooks, cloud platforms, SMS gateways). Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that provider’s terms, and we are not responsible for such services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TextBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TextBridge, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or on our website at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
